Your body needs water to survive.Every cell, tissue and organ uses water to function properly. Your body uses water for each and everything that you do that is to breath, to maintain your body temperature as well as to remove waste.Water is a need to be in good health.
Water is half of your weight. (So you can tell every one that its not the food you eat , or the exercise you dont do but the water in your body. ) You loose water each day when you sweat, breathe and when going to the bathroom. You may loose weight when its really hot , when you are physically active,or if you have a fever.Vomiting and diarrhea can also lead to rapid water loss. If you dont replace the water you lose, you can become dehydrated.

See below the different foods that you may heat to stay hydrated during this hot summer.
Cucumber -Water content: 96.7%
Cucumber is perfect in salads.
Iceberg lettuce-Water content: 95.6%
Iceberg lettuce which contain high amounts of fiber and nutrients such as folate and vitamin K
 
Celery - Water content: 95.4%
Celery can be added in soup or boil to drink (to lose weight). Celery contains folate and vitamins A, C, and K. celery neutralizes stomach acid and is often recommended as a natural remedy for heartburn and acid reflux.
Radish -Water content: 95.3%
Radish is great during spring and summer salads.
Tomatoes-Water content: 94.5%
Sliced and diced tomatoes will always be a mainstay of salads, sandwiches or on its own.
Green peppers -Water content: 93.9%
Cauliflower -Water content: 92.1%
Cauliflower is good in a soup or just steam.
Watermelon- Water content: 91.5% water
Spinach -Water content: 91.4% water
Spinach is rich in lutein, potassium, fiber, and brain-boosting folate and vitamin E. Its good in a gratin dish.
Star fruit -Water content: 91.4% water
People with kidney problems should avoid star fruit because of its high levels of oxalic acid.

They are great mixed with yogurt or in a smoothie. So Yummy

Broccoli has a lot of fiber, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. They are lovely in Chinese meals.
Grapefruit- Water content: 90.5%
This juicy, tangy citrus fruit can help lower cholesterol and shrink your waistline, but be careful if you have low blood pressure.
 
Baby carrots - Water content: 90.4%

Cantaloupe- Water content: 90.2%

Cantaloupe contains vitamins A and C.

When we choosing a foundation for your face, I don't understand why we apply the foundation on our hand to  test the color. Always apply your sun cream / Toujours appliquer votre crème solaire It is important to use a sun cream lotion with at least a SPF 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. If you have sensitive skin, a mineral-based sunscreen is best. Avoid sitting in the sun in peak hours between 10am and 4pm in order to minimize UV radiation. If you are planning to be out in the sun for a long period of time, reapply sun cream every two to three hours or if you are at the beach/pool reapply the sun cream right after going out of the water.
